🐛 Troubleshooting

Can't build?

Open in Android Studio
File → Sync Project with Gradle Files

Pipeline not starting?

Check Runner: Settings → CI/CD → Runners
Verify .gitlab-ci.yml exists

APK won't install?

Enable "Unknown Sources" on device
Settings → Security → Unknown Sources
