Fix: Update all TOR proxy configurations to support TorSocksHost
Updated remaining hardcoded 127.0.0.1 references in:
- TelegramBotService.cs (bot token update handler)
- LittleShopService.cs (API client)
- Socks5HttpHandler.cs (factory method signature)
All TOR proxy configurations now respect Privacy:TorSocksHost setting.
