Replaces JSON textarea with professional Excel-like spreadsheet interface for managing product variant properties.

Features:

- Property presets (Size, Color, Material, Storage, Custom)
- Inline cell editing with Tab/Enter navigation
- Context menu for add/remove rows and columns
